I have been involved with software development for a few years now. Usually with a slant towards testing, but always with a focus on the interactions and relationships within organizations. My most educational experiences have come from working within teams, providing external consulting, delivering some coaching, and quite a few years in different leadership roles. I am however constantly seeking to uncover the tremendous opportunities that exist within and across codependent organizations.
I am fascinated with the complexity that exists in large organizations, and how culture continuously adapts with each new nudge at any level. Throughout my path of learning, I have learned to believe that group effectiveness is best achieved in any organization through trust, the mutual learning, alignment of values, shared humility and balanced empathy across departments. How you do this... that really depends.
