Modelling A System/Context
Communicating our knowledge of how a system works with one another can be a difficult task. Each of us has subtly different ways of viewing how a system works which means when we are learning how a system works for automation purposes, it can be hard to find the correct information. Fortunately, we can get around some of these issues with the use of modelling techniques that allow us to create visual representations of how a product works.
In this workshop, we'll learn how to take our knowledge of a system and arrange it into a visual model that demonstrates how a system works. We'll learn why visual models are valuable not just to our understanding of a system, but in how they can encourage teams to collaborate and pool their knowledge and identify opportunities for automation.
