MoTaCon 2026

A tech conference to help you navigate the ever-shifting landscape of Quality Engineering, AI, Leadership, Product, Accessibility and Security.

MoTaCon’s mission for 2026

The more we explore, the more we realise the work we need to do is spread across the entire tech landscape. We can’t just talk about testing, nor quality. We have to include so much more. To create quality, we have to care across the system. Build bridges and learn from people across the system.

It is because of this that MoTaCon’s sessions are designed to help you navigate the ever-shifting landscape of Quality Engineering, AI, Leadership, Product, Accessibility and Security.

Here is a summary of what to expect at MoTaCon 2026:

  • From building strategies for testing AI to using context engineering and observability, we're exploring how to keep the ship running smoothly in an AI-driven galaxy
  • Dive into the mechanics of quality systems, mobile test stability and ‘controlled chaos’, to ensure your systems remain at peak performance
  • Power up your defences with hands-on sessions on threat modelling, shift-left security and creating inclusive design experiences for all lifeforms.
  • It’s not just about the tech; we’re focusing on the "hidden leadership" of quality professionals, shifting self-perceptions and the career skills you only earn when the red alert starts sounding
  • And if you’re exploring what’s next in your career, why not consider exploring engineering management?

This and much more have been carefully curated for MoTaCon 2026. The stellar lineup of industry experts will be ready to share their knowledge and challenge your perspectives.
