He hoki tatou! TestBash is back in Wellington, New Zealand!

After an amazing event last year in Wellington, we are back for another stellar TestBash event in New Zealand on the 16th and 17th of November 2020! Do you want to join us at the world's most southern capital?

There’s so many ways you can join us… from guaranteeing your space now with our new Blind Bird Tickets to hosting a talk or workshop or maybe even volunteering? We know there’s an option for you!

Talks and Workshops

We are looking for speakers to give 30 minutes talks on our conference day and hosts for our half day interactive workshops, so, if you feel you have what it takes to make TestBash New Zealand 2020 another great success, submit your abstracts via our continuous call for papers (CCFP).

As with all Ministry of Testing events, your travel and accommodation are covered and workshop hosts receive a fee for presenting, see the CCFP link for more details. We guarantee you’ll see a bunch of friendly faces cheering you on.

Deadline to submit your abstracts is the 21st of March 2020.

Volunteer

Want to help us out on the day and get all the buzz from TestBash for free? We promise to keep you fed on the day! Our volunteers get access to the full day of TestBash and the recordings afterwards. If you’re interested in volunteering for the conference or workshop days, email us on newzealand@ministryoftesting.com to learn more.

Blind Bird tickets

Tickets are now available with a very limited number of super discounted Blind Bird tickets. With the Blind Bird tickets, you’ll get priority on your workshops selection before general release and a great discount! As you know, you’re in for a great event, so reserve yours now! These super special tickets are only available until the 1st May, or until they are all gone, so register now.

Launch List

The full conference, workshops and training lineup will be revealed soon. If you don’t take a chance on a Blind Bird ticket, or you miss out, make sure you subscribe to the launch list for TestBash to be the first to hear all about them!

The Club

This year we are debuting our Community Space on our conference day. The community space will provide the opportunity to meet staff as well as mingle with fellow attendees, so make sure you check it out in your breaks and lunch time. You’ll be able to meet the speakers during dedicated AMA slots and ask them questions about their talks, challenge yourself with testing activities and even become the star of a future podcast. Plus much more, stay tuned to The Club for the full Community Space schedule.

Auckland?

Unfortunately this year we weren’t able to secure a conference venue in Auckland. BUT the good news is, we will be bringing training to Auckland in 2020 and our new EventBoss is exploring options for how to bring a conference to Auckland in 2021. Keep an eye on our events page and sign up to our newsletter for the training release dates.

Sponsorship

Want to be part of our extraordinary sponsorship panel? We’ve created an exciting new backdrop for our sponsors. Our brochure will be ready soon but if you want to hear more before then, email us on newzealand@ministryoftesting.com to learn more.
