I’m an AI Assurance and Quality Engineering Lead with 17+ years of experience across enterprise technology, quality engineering, integration and digital transformation.
My current focus is on Generative AI, AI assurance and governance. I’m working with Azure AI Foundry, Azure OpenAI, Azure AI Search and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), building enterprise knowledge solutions and developing practical approaches to evaluate their quality, reliability and risk.
My work covers AI evaluation including groundedness, retrieval relevance, completeness and response quality, as well as human review, source traceability and assurance of GenAI and agentic AI solutions.
