Product Engineer with a Quality Engineering core at John Lewis, working on the Digital Platform team to build and support Identity & Access Management services powered by Auth0. I take a hands-on approach to embedding quality within our microservice architecture while actively delivering technical change, minimising technical debt, and enhancing our CI/CD pipelines. Beyond core delivery, live service monitoring, and team knowledge sharing, I am actively expanding my expertise into AI quality and security—focusing on controlling LLM behaviour and securing systems against the OWASP Top 10 for Agentic Applications.
