It means making sure our beliefs and decisions are based on solid evidence, clear reasoning, and a willingness to question assumptions. For example:  A tester shows epistemic integrity when they question whether a feature meets a real user need, even if the whole team is confident, and take time to look for evidence before trusting the assumption.  A doctor shows epistemic integrity when they question a diagnosis that does not quite fit, even if it came from a senior colleague, and take time to double-check the test results. A journalist shows epistemic integrity when they pause before repeating a story everyone else is reporting and take time to verify the original source.
