Berlin Meetup
Riverty is a Bertelsmann-owned financial services company transforming into a FinTech. As one of its AI initiatives, Riverty developed a new Co-Pilot for Customer Service Operation based on a new RAG model.
The aim is to support customer service agents in providing answers (to consumer requests) quicker by prompting queries (rather clicking manually through lots of instruction pages). The Co-Pilot test phase just started in August 2024 in two countries.
Riverty will share results, questions, and insights of their journey: How good is the quality of the bot compared to a human? How is RAG being setup? How does Riverty orchestrate the context? How did the consumers react? Speakers will also demo the actual MVP product and share some process steps.
Anaïs van Asselt (Senior QA Engineer at Choco) will give her talk about bug management with AI. Here's the abstract for the talk:
Managing bugs can be complex, especially in a fast paced environment. At the startup Choco, we invested numerous hours in triaging, assigning, and communicating back and forth about bugs, only to realise that half of them did not even require a fix. This led us to research the following question: how can we automate bug assignment and enhance the efficiency of the bug management process?
Join this session to explore how AI-driven hackathons can inspire you to innovate and enhance your bug management and other traditional processes. Discover the potential of AI to not only automate but elevate your workflows, fostering a culture of creativity and effectiveness in the face of software challenges.
