I often face new situations and projects, and recently I had to mentor a new colleague. In my mentoring, I started articulating what models and tricks I use to understand new situations. Join this workshop to learn how making things visible makes an impact and how visualizations are a key starting point when understanding new situations.

During the workshop, we will draw and have exercises, and your current situations. If you have some new fields to explore - have them in mind too. While you might know of mind maps, heuristics, and various one-page canvas approaches. I have found that strategy maps help me better as it enables me to express stakeholder priority and solution maturity in one drawing.

During the workshop, I will provide strategy maps from some of my different projects and explain how the maps have helped me understand new situations. Let me use the examples to introduce you to the key concepts of Wardley Mapping and how that has helped me to understand a new situation.

Note: This workshop is a live only event and will not be recorded.
