Dunelm are up to good things for their employees. It’s clear Chris is a genuinely kind person — a true leader. If you’re in the quality leadership space, I thoroughly recommend connecting with him. He also has a podcast called Quality Talks Podcast.
His presentation and our meeting were yet another reminder that there’s plenty of scope for many leaders to be leading with quality. Exciting!
