It's day 2 of MoTaCon and me and awesome host, Veerle Verhagen, are on the main stage chatting during the lunch break. She reminded me to take a break and grab some fresh air. It was sound advice because that's what I didn't do on day 1.

Stepping outside for a short refresh was exactly what I needed. A handy way to reset and gain perspective so I could jump back in the mixer.
