Over the weekend, I introduced MoT to my friend Pradipta. He was already aware of it but wasn’t actively involved in the MoT community.
We had a detailed discussion about MoT certifications and the various activities we can participate in, such as writing articles, joining conversations, and taking courses. Earning badges is always exciting for testers, so we truly enjoyed exploring that part.
Apart from this, I gained valuable insights into testing tools that are specifically used at Google, as Pradipta has worked on a collaborative project between Cognizant and Google. He also shared his automation journey, our fun “Friday Bugs” stories, and many other experiences.
When we open up and genuinely share knowledge, something magical happens—new ideas surface, and learning becomes effortless. I also learned about how he is working on AI agents for testing, applying them in real projects, and the strong support he receives from his organization. That is truly commendable.
We shared our experiences about the working styles of product-based and service-based companies. It was truly a wholesome and insightful weekend.
Keep doing amazing work, and continue sharing your knowledge and wisdom with the QA community.
