Additionally, I’ll be focusing on supporting professionals returning to work after a career break, with tips on rebuilding confidence, positioning gaps positively, and making a strong comeback.

So if you're CV is a bland bullet point list of experience that spans say nearly 40 years like mine, what are the top tips to turn it into something that will make me and recruiters smile reading it?

A long time ago, well before AI, I was told to include a black sheet with keywords using a white font colour. A human reader can't see them, but any automated filtering using keywords would pass. Is this still a thing, and if not, is there a modern equivalent 'trick'?
