Communities thrive on shared language. Sociologies would call this social solidarity. Silly memes help build bonds, a sense of belonging, and create a safe space that allows the exploration of deeper topics. And in difficult times especially it's important to remember to laugh. It's a reminder that you have a community that supports you.
