Barry's "When Quality Engineering Creates chaos" gave me an uncomfortable realisation. We were beginning to start our Quality Engineering journey and make the mistakes. Yes I renamed the QA team 😬...with the best of intentions, but there is the danger we're taking the wrong path.
Fortunately, we are at the beginning, so we have a chance to reset and clearly, we need to start working through the 6 objectives of the CREATE framework to set us on the right path. Excellent workshop!
