Maturity models and frameworks

Megan's workshop was breathtaking. With my new role I'm now managing leaders. I've treated those leaders the way I wanted to be treated - given the freedom to set their own standards with their leader giving them direction on what to achieve.
But this workshop showed me I can go one step further by providing them Megan's maturity model, and using it to do the same. I won't compromise their empowerment in the process, it's still in their hands. But now they'll have the tools to do it. Thanks Megan.
