My research project is about assessing and defining what is meant by a 'software testing capability' within organisations.

It was inspired by my own employers reframing our capability models and honestly, it's really reignited my enthusiasm for testing again.
Hello MoTaverse!

I am currently working on my research project and dissertation for my MSc in Technology Management, my chosen topic? Testing of course!
More specifically, I'm looking at competencies and capabilities and I would be extremely grateful if you wonderful people would be kind enough to take part. It only takes about 10 minutes, any information provided will be confidential and findings will be anonymised within the dissertation.

I'm not sure how deep the answers need to be so they are relatively brief, but I'm very happy if you need more to have a deeper chat with me if it will help. ๐Ÿ˜
