QE is not a “trouble”, it’s a “safety net”

I could relate to Nancy talking about people calling her “Negative Nancy”. As part of my QE role, I raise the project / programme risks to the leadership and they started saying “here comes the trouble” as soon as I join the project calls but very soon they realised I am their “Saftey Net”, where they can fall, fail and bounce back.
