Pretty sure Rajit Singh (my business partner at the time) and Joep Schuurkes decided to run a small session. I can't remember what lens we put on but zooming in on the stickies it looks like we covered all sorts of interesting things. Perhaps we discussed the relationship between product, people and quality. I have a good feeling it would've been centred around how exploratory testing helps.

The groupings create FABUD:
  • Familiarity
  • Affection
  • Bond
  • Understanding
  • Dysfunction

Good to see we mentioned "care". Interesting to consider that customers can have an affection for a product.
