Bring your favourite Dev or EM to MoTaCon, on us 😉

MoTaCon 2026 is happening on the 1st of October in Brighton, and we want you to bring someone, not just anyone, with you! 

We believe Developers and Engineering Managers need to experience what MoTaCon is, and as we move towards more of a tech community (audacious goals, join us!), we’d love to start allowing more Developers and Engineering Managers to taste community joy.

If there's a Developer or Engineering Manager you work with who isn't part of the MoTaverse community yet, now's the time to bring them along. We won’t be doing this offer again.

Here's how it works:

1. Register to attend MoTaCon
2. Nominate a colleague you work with directly
3. They create a free MoT profile with a short bio and their LinkedIn link
4. You fill in a quick form with both your details and theirs
5. Once approved, we’ll unlock a Professional Membership until the 3rd of October and register them for MoTaCon
6. Access to other events happening around MoTaCon
7. Spaces are limited to the first 25 people who apply

Terms:

• The current member needs to be attending MoTaCon too
• Only available to new members in the MoTaverse
• You have to work at the same organisation
• Application does not guarantee a place at MoTaCon
• Submissions close on the 31st of August or when all 25 places have been given out. Successful candidates will be notified as and when they qualify.

Community experiences are better with colleagues. Just go for it. 😁
