How would someone deal with a developer who was reluctant to take testing lessons from a tester/quality person?
馃憦 Keeping the communication open is key! I also keep an ear out for any discussion of first-time use of an off-the-shelf component or function, and champion testing it to verify that the inputs always generate the expected output. Always keeping chat light and positive in the meantime.
