With around 8 years of QA experience, Charlene used to be obsessed with having the highest bug count in the company until she realized that quality and the product, should not be defined by the amount of bugs testers catch. Since then, she's been working to bridge the information gap in terms of quality by fostering a collaborative environment between testers and developers.
