The right kind of feedback image
It's very easy to be critical, raise bugs and give feedback that doesn't help a team move forward. Always ask yourself if your work will be of value and good use of time, because time is money.

There were a couple of times during the recent LWAI (Leading with AI) conference in London where there were technical difficulties. These things happen of course.Spotting that the audience were at risk of disengaging and moving to doom scroll on their phones, Simon jumped to the front, asking what folks were thinking from the current talk so far, engaging the audience, one comment or thought triggering another from someone else or Simon himself. It felt planned but I was assured it was spur of the moment. It was a really great way to keep folks inspired during these technical difficulties and I felt like Simon deserved some recognition for this!_almost_ hoping for some technical difficulties at MoTaCon :DĀ
