I work in QA where I care less about formal words and more about whether things actually work.
For me, quality is not a separate layer - it’s part of how the system behaves when real people use it.
I can deal with priorities that change faster than plans, cross-team chaos, and bring the responsibility that doesn't go away when the meeting ends.
