QA Lead

After spending 20 years in development roles, I made a deliberate pivot into a dedicated Quality Assurance career. This shift was a natural progression, as I had always been the person to implement unit and integration tests and establish quality gates, driven by a deep curiosity and passion for ensuring things work as they should. My formal QA journey began with crowdsourced testing, which honed my attention to detail.

My career then took me to eConsult, where I started as the company’s first QA. I quickly established the role and built the team and processes from the ground up. This led to a position as Head of Quality Assurance, where I led the strategic direction of quality, including the implementation of a modern automation framework. Most recently, my focus was on a critical emergency care product, ensuring it meets the highest standards of quality and reliability for our hospital-based clients and, above all, the safety of patients. I am fascinated by the ways AI is changing our world and am always looking to stay ahead of the curve in health tech.

Outside of work, I stay active and engaged in the community with GoodGym, where I combine running with community projects. When I'm not online, you'll find me exploring the Sussex countryside or hanging out at Brighton Beach with my dog.
