Working your network - talking to your past colleagues, friends, acquaintances from online communities - has always been the best advice I can give to people looking for a job. But what do the people looking for a great new hire do? Part of my answer to that is seek out excellent communities that already exist, like MoT! When I reached out to the MoT team about posting a job, they were very welcoming and helpful. So hats off to the MoT folks for helping me feel comfortable sharing the job! And to having things like podcasts and Moments where I could learn more about some of the candidates who applied, including Judy. So glad MoT is around and Judy is onboard our team!
