Hi, I'm Nick Kavanagh, a Test Lead on the Synergy Programme within DWP. I've spent my career helping teams deliver quality software through effective testing, collaboration, and continuous improvement. My interests span test leadership, quality engineering, and more recently the practical application of AI in testing.

I'm passionate about creating safe, collaborative environments where teams can challenge ideas constructively, learn from each other, and focus on delivering value. Through the Ministry of Testing community, I'm keen to share experiences, learn from fellow testers, and explore how our role continues to evolve in an increasingly AI-enabled world.

Looking forward to connecting with the community and joining the conversation around all things testing and quality.
