AMA about Open Source image
Do open-source projects have an advantage over closed-source projects in terms of updates? My view is that because open-source projects publish their code, bugs can be tested immediately and reported to developers promptly. Closed-source projects, on the other hand, require a longer period of use and testing to discover bugs because their code is not publicly available. However, a downside of open-source projects seems to be that maintainers may not fix bugs for a long time for various reasons, while closed-source projects may have a team managing them, allowing for quick fixes.

A tester primarily focused on functional testing and UI/UX review, mainly using Qoder and Opencode for automated testing. Still learning, feedback is welcome.
