Thank you for this article, Emily. My being a "KimBley", I have seen my fair share of disregard for the uppercase B in my first name... not to mention the arbitrary and outright *changing* of my name to "Kimberly" or "Kimbely" or some other incorrect spelling or totally different name. Not everyone can appreciate these types of nuances quite like a QA professional. : )
