🎀 Quality Talks

The Context Problem: Why AI Agents Fail and How to Engineer Better Ones
Rahul Parwal
- Test Specialist @ ifm engineering, India
AI agents don't fail only because of bad prompts or missing connectors.
They fail because they lack the right context at the right time. In this interactive session, we'll explore context engineering as a core discipline for building reliable agentic systems: managing memory, tools, and information, and handling context that is conflicting, stale, or irrelevant.

Leadership Perspective: AI Adoption in a Company
Mangal Kakade
- Managing Director @ ifm engineering, India
Most meetups give you the view from the engineering team. This one gives you the view from the top of the company.
Mangal Kakade, Managing Director at ifm engineering, speaks about how a leader plans for AI. She can share her experience on how she ensured the company strategises around AI. She speaks about the work that changes, the work that stays, and the work that stops. She will also give direct advice on how engineers can stay relevant for the next five years only if you want it.
She prefers a conversation than one way presentation, so come prepared with your most difficult or silly questions.
