MoT Leeds Chapter Retrospective

We are nearly at the end of the 2026 sprint, so it's time for the retro! 

Now, before you go all cringe and have visions of forced icebreakers, feel emotionally unsafe about calling out colleagues, and struggle to think of things for the 'What went well' column, breathe. That's not our style. 

Join us for a friendly, collaborative retrospective on the last year.

We are the chapter, all of us, so our direction, focus, and ideas should come from all of us. Of course, there will be food and drink. Of course, there will be the free raffle (with bonus MoTaCon swag). We might even open up the floor for 99-second talks to round out the year.
