In this moment:
Judy Mosley
Judy Mosley cares about quality. She thinks in systems and risks. Judy has high empathy. All essential attributes that make her an incredible quality and testing professional.
I've been super fortunate to collaborate with Judy in the MoTaverse (Ministry of Testing) on many occasions. Every so often we co-host the weekly This Week in Quality podcast where she encourages people to share their views and is open to sharing her take on things. She does so in a friendly and considered way. She always has interesting reflections.
Her contributions as a MoTaverse Ambassador and community member means she contributes to the growth and evolution of the testing and quality industry. She acts as a community conduit, bringing knowledge and experience from other organisations back into her work. Don't underestimate how valuable this is!
She's a prolific writer and her articulation of complex topics using metaphors and other techniques is key to communicating her learnings.
Judy shows up and she cares. She's a good human, doing good things. A pleasure to collaborate with often. π€©
