I've spent 20 years making sure software works before customers find out it doesn't.
Most recently at iSpot, where I grew from the company's first QA hire into Director of Quality Engineering over eight years. I consolidated three automation frameworks into a single Playwright suite, increased API coverage from 0% to 70%, and led a 20K-test-case migration to Xray Cloud. Earlier, I built and ran QA functions inside regulated healthcare environments at GE Healthcare and MRS Systems.
I'm now stepping back into the work itself. I'm looking for Senior or Staff Quality Engineer, SDET, or Software Test Engineer roles where I'm hands-on with the framework, not one step removed from it.
A few things about me beyond the job title: I'm an elected board member at 206 Zulu, Seattle's Hip Hop culture nonprofit, and I've been a vinyl collector since I was a kid. Both have sharpened the same skill I bring to QE: an ear for the one thing that's off.
