Always learning. Enjoy unpacking tricky problems, sharing experiences, and thinking out loud about how we build better systems together.

I found this chat really reassuring 🤗. As much as I loved MoTacon and felt it was the best experience of my professional life so far, I had moments where I was overwhelmed. So its great to hear people like Chris also share they felt that too. I'm also balancing the things I think I should do in the community, with acting on those things that feel right at the time to share with the community. Thanks for sharing this 🙏

Thanks Gary. You're right, there's often a gap between what we feel we should do in the community and what we can actually achieve. We all live busy lives with lots going on. Sometimes I go through phases of high energy and engagement and then periods where I feel I have to step back to focus on other things. I think the point is, that's OK; and we shouldn't feel bad about it.

Thanks for listening, Gary. Appreciate you sharing your reflections.
