Talk Description
Nowadays, more than ever before, remote testing is taking centre stage. While many companies have already used outsourcing services for testing, the pandemic has forced many of us to function with remote teams and team members. Regardless of the circumstances, coordinating and managing distributed testing can be a nightmare. But it doesn't have to be with the right tools and practices in place.

In this Masterclass, Joel shares several applicable tips and tricks to sustain a high level of QA coverage under the current circumstances via test management platforms and their less obvious features.

This Masterclass was kindly sponsored by PractiTest. PractiTest is an end-to-end test management solution to organize, run and visualize all your QA efforts.  Incorporate all testing types: manual, exploratory and automation for any testing methodology. Connect all aspects of your testing with built-in integrations for a unified process and improved team communication.  Extract and view valuable insights from your real-time test results using advanced customizable reports and dashboards in order to make smarter decisions and release better software, faster.

By the end of this session, you'll be able to:

  • Identify four areas to focus on to improve management of remote teams
  • Apply tips to be better a manager when you are working remotely
