2026 Goal - Self Reflection

My goal for 2026 is to become a better version of myself.
Self-reflection:
Looking at who I was yesterday and asking myself what one thing I can do today to be better - with patience and consistency.
Questions I ask my inner self daily:
Did I improve, even a little, today?
Did I read, listen to, or write one new thing?
Did I spend a few seconds practicing gratitude?
Did I help someone today?
Did I eat healthy today?
Did I smile today?
Did I make someone happy today?
Did I donate or give back in any way?
Did I let go of things that have a negative impact?
Consistency, and showing up every day with gratitude.

I love the concept of small daily goals rather than bigger perhaps more overwhelming goals!
