Build something out of Lego that represents good leadership, we were asked. Everyone contributed different aspects - and then we integrated all the pieces together.
The leader in the model is Spiderman. Whilst he stands at the top of a tower, he sits on a firm foundation and many supporting pieces. Above him is a upside down pyramid. This models two things - a great weight of responsibility on his shoulders but it also represents his team. He is not above his team, he is there to support them.
