Rewind to my first in person event
10 Feb 2026
With recent excitement about Chapters, it got me thinking of the first time I ever went to an in person testing event. I had only just switched back from development to test and wanted to engage with the field more.
It kicked off with a great talk on why dev testing sucks and why it shouldn't always reflect badly (something I could appreciate). Then I learnt about the modern testing principles from Alan Page. What a cracking start to my journey into testing and no wonder I got hooked in!
