The victory dance of quality

Create Memory
A smiling woman with light brown hair stands on a dimly lit stage in front of a large screen, speaking into a beige headset microphone. She is wearing a light-coloured blazer over a darker shirt, and rust-coloured trousers and awesome high-heel Converse trainers, pointing to her right with her left arm extended. Behind her, a purple banner on the screen features a cartoon robot icon and a large QR code below it. The stage floor is dark, and the bottom third of the image shows the tops of the heads of the audience seated in the foreground.
In this memory: Demi Van Malcot

"The biggest effect is that when you see is when other team members start taking quality into account during the process. The first time that a developer went to the sprint planning and was like, how can we test this? I did a mini victory dance to myself like, hey, they're thinking about quality. I'm so proud of you guys!"
