Continuous quality can feel like a big shift, but it starts with small actions and a change in mindset. In this talk, Demi Van Malcot shares how she helped her team move from quality assurance to quality assistance by embedding quality into every stage of development.
Through practical examples, Demi shows how testers can add value in design, analysis, implementation, and beyond by being proactive, offering help, and collaborating with teammates. You’ll see how focusing on people and processes, rather than just products, helps create shared ownership of quality and a healthier team dynamic.
