So I have put a whiteboard on the door of my study room where I note down my top priority tasks for each day of the week, along with a few other important ones. It’s a bit tough to maintain, but it’s easy to follow because I see it every time I open or close the door.
Let me know what kind of visual aids you use that help you build habits.

I have post-it notes on my Apple Mac, they are stuck all along the bottom.
It doesn't always work, but I try. It's also an exercise on writing good notes, because sometimes I go back to them and can't remember what I meant. 🙃
