Glue work is team work

At TWiQ, I mentioned how I managed to get multiple teams doing demonstrations for each other to make work more visible. One team found that another team had solved their problem and learned from them. Another team found out about a tool that could help their work. It became a regular thing.
I then randomly drew names for an order for the whole team to do the demos, as I, like most testers, end up doing, always did our stakeholder demo. This led me to say it is usually called glue work, but it is really teamwork. Shawn made the case that it is community.
Thank you, Shawn and Demi, for being brilliant hosts and the rest of the panel.
