Leading with AI event
22 Jun 2026
I really enjoyed Leading with AI at PwC. I wasn't sure what to expect of my first Ministry of Testing event but I loved the community feel, met some lovely people and definitely hope to attend more.
It was genuinely reassuring to hear how PwC is approaching AI. There is so much negativity and catastrophising around AI replacing people, so hearing a real example of AI helping teams grow, while creating more need for testing, review and human judgement, was really interesting.
My biggest takeaway was that AI needs humans in the loop, clear responsibility, structure and proper processes around how it is used. I'll be feeding this back to my team as we're looking to adopt more AI into our development process. Thanks everyone 😊

I'm really happy to hear you enjoyed it.
I too found the PwC story super interesting and hopeful to the contrary of what is spoken elsewhere.
I've had a theory for a while that many of the stories shared don't actually reflect reality. It doesn't mean they are untrue, but they are share out of context, in pieces, or done in a way to hype up a very certain goal. Part of the reason of gathering and sharing like this, is to test the reality, can we share the stories that are actually true...which will hopefully help us build better and with confidence.
Hopefully see you at MoTaCon!
