MoTacon 2026 - thoughts of 2025

MoTacon 2025 was my first. The day before I'd attend the first LWQ workshop and that took a bit out of me, so I decided that for the 2 day MoTacon, I'd wing it...how wrong I was. There were people I wanted to support for their talks that I'd grown to know from TWiQ, their were workshops I wanted to attend and I was furiously taking notes in all of them. So my brain was getting fried making the hard choices and note taking, plus I wanted to meet so many in our community that I felt constantly on the go. At the end I was exhausted, but fulfilled. I had a number of notes to unpick and presented the findings to my business, helping us think differently.
This year, I come with a plan but with the privilege of being an Ambassador and MoTacon volunteer. I'm ready! 👊
