Positive moment!

I had a conversation today with a newbie who attended her first event today. I see myself as a newbie as this is my 3rd event. The exchange was extremely positive, newbie was thinking of changing job role. I gave her a boost of confidence, sharing my story with her. Maybe one day I will share with you all! I also encouraged her to attend more events and she is now considering Brighton.
