Quality Management for everyone

05 Oct 2026

In this moment: Melissa Fisher
I was so engaged in Melissa's workshop that I even forgot to take a picture, that's how good it was!

Melissa's workshop on Build you own Quality Management System was way too short, it could have easily been an all day workshop, making it all the more amazing that she managed to cram so much into this 1 hour.ย

For me it was also quite confrontational, seeing how on some of the questions in the worksheets I could confidently answer "yes, we already have this in place", but on others....not so much. The worksheets are a great way to get started or to expand on quality control for yourself, your team and even taking first steps in getting quality on the map organization-wide.
