- Critical thinking is critical to successful AI adoption
- Access to tools is a constraint at our company and is impacting our AI maturity
- Companies’ risk appetites will be influential in how AI first their teams will be (risks around skills rot, AI slop, token prices etc.)
- In more traditional org contexts I think that unless Testers become more integrated with Dev teams, AI implementation will struggle
- Finally, I would be loved to have been in a harness engineering team during the token maxing era other parts of me would have hated it
