Reframing an invitiation: Creating change, one invitation at a time
22 May 2026
Communities involve many invitations.
Our conversations, DMs and emails encourage you to come to events.
We reach out to sponsors and companies to seek support. These are invitations too.
In the context with modern business, it can be easy to assume "we're just trying to sell to you". In the context of community it is different.
When we put out invitations to the community. Or even when members of the community do the same. It is not for the sake of extraction.
An invitation is an opportunity to create the future. It is your choice to show up. Your choice to listen and participate however you feel able to. But you should know, invitations in community, especially in the MoTaverse are a step towards creating the future we want to see.
Want the world to change in a way that you believe? Accept that invitation. That's when change starts to happen. And the world needs it more than ever.
The MoTaverse is here to create that change. One invitation at a time.
