What it actually means when only Pro Members can submit to speak at events

When only Pro Members can submit to talk at an event it means:
- as organisers we don't have to spend a lot of time filtering through abstracts (win)
- the quality of the submissions are much higher (win)
- we are building a relationship with our members and feel more confident with our selection (win)
- the chance of getting selected is much higher as the number of submissions are lower (win)
All of the above is community-as-a-service to help tech professionals advance their career.
So many wins and positives in this, it feels great.
