Your UI and API Tests Pass. Follow the Failure They Missed
28 Oct 2026
Your UI checks pass. Your API checks pass. A customer still cannot complete the journey. The failure may live in the handoff that neither suite owns.
Putting results on one dashboard will not expose that gap by itself. The harder work is connecting test data, reusable assets, execution, and ownership across the layers of a real workflow. When several teams contribute to one release, those connections decide whether a green report means anything to the customer.
If both suites pass but customers still get stuck, where is the gap?
Trace the cross-layer handoffs your tests may be missing.
